Building baseline capabilities for generative AI
To help better manage client workloads, a leading SalesForce partner was keen to experiment with the use of generative AI tools. To ensure that all staff were well equipped to use these tools safely an wisely, we delivered a bespoke online training program.
Challenge:
A Salesforce partner based in Queensland, SalesFix is now investigating the use of a range of AI tools to help staff manage their client workloads.
Staff at SalesFix have little or no experience with AI tools (other than some casual play with ChatGPT), and will need strong skills with those tools in order to apply them to organisational workflows.
Solution:
To enable the necessary capability building at SalesFix, Wisely AI generated three teaching assets:
A a 30 minute introductory video, broadly covering the topic of AI chatbots, the basics of their use, and how to use them safely
A twenty-one module course, "Mastering AI Chatbots", which goes into the specifics of how to work with AI chatbots
'Putting AI to Work' a twenty-minute capstone lecture and livestream centring how to put new skills to work in transformational workflows.
Staff at SalesFix have been working their way through the "Mastering AI Chatbots" series, bringing their new capacities to bear as they use some of the GPT-based tools SalesFix has developed to assist in workflow automations.
But staff there have also had the necessary 'penny drop' moment that gives them the confidence to imagine how their own specific needs - such as going from a videoconference onboarding call with a new client to a detailed action list - can be made vastly easier with AI tools.
Outcome:
It's the beginning of a learning journey for SalesFix. Wisely AI will continue to provide whatever resources they require to scaffold them into the capacities they need to transform their business.
